Electrical Supervisor
Job Description
1. Workforce planning and annual budget to meet the target of the factory.
2. Create and modify procedure, organize, JD, and maintenance document.
3. Audit document GMP, FSSC 22000, and HACCP for food plants in the maintenance section.
4. Supervise maintenance of machinery electrical system and equipment damaged or is expected to be damaged in working condition.
5. Maintenance of the machinery as planned.
6. Design and installation of the electrical system and check for malfunction of a power system in the factory.
7. Control, order, and monitor electrical part stock.
8. Test and maintain electric motors, variable frequency drives, alarms, and control systems to ensure proper working conditions.
9. Reports of maintenance results to the manager and related parties.
10. Control the work order and follow up on the results of electrical staff.
11. Control preventive maintenance as planned.
12. Control the use of company resources to ensure proper safety and environmental awareness.
13. Develop projects and energy conservation measures to reduce costs within the factory.
14. Responsible for assessing the performance of staff every 6 months.
