Senior Credit Control & Assessment

-Set and Record customer credit limit in SAP system and Verify customer credit limit and credit terms.



-Ensure that all relevant information and documents are submitted before new credit accounts are opened for customers.



-check and evaluate which customer credit limit should be blocked, suspended, demoted or re-opened.



-release sales order (SO) and delivery order (do) To customers whose credit limit accounts have been suspended or To customers who have already transferred the money To the Company but their payment have not been uploaded To SAP system.



-Revise and Review expired customer profiles, credit limit and credit terms semiannually and annually.



-Prepare and update Guidelines of bad and doubtful debts and conduct customer survey.



-Prepare reports of credit limit, sales, sale order, order delivery, product issue, promise payment and customer balance for credit committee.



-Prepare meeting minutes and reports for credit committee.



Perform other duties as assigned.
