Job Description
- Strategize and execute sale strategies to drive the growth of LOLC mobile banking, Merchants, and other digital financial services to achieve business goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maximizing the value of existing users, merchants and partners relationships. Continuously improve the sales process by implementing best practices using sales tools and optimizing the customer journey.
- Develop effective sales strategies to acquire new users, merchants, partners and increase the usage of digital banking services among existing customers.
- Develop effective sales strategies to retain existing users, merchants and partners by enhancing the engagement with digital banking services and officering personalized solutions.
- Lead, direct and manage the digital banking sales team, setting the performance targets and ensuring the team is motivated and equipped to meet the goals. Also monitor and evaluate the performance by providing coaching to ensure the target are met.
- Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in digital banking and financial technology to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Consolidate and analyze the feedback from customers and staff and reporting the management and related parties for improving to ensure the digital banking product meets customer needs.
- Closely collaborate with Marketing and relevant departments to develop and implement the marketing promotion and campaign on payments services and digital products to raise awareness to public and making mobile banking be on top of customer
